Essential Oil Diffuser for Home, Diffusers for Essential Oils Large Room, 500ml Aromatherapy Diffuser, 7 Colors Changed

I absolutely love this diffuser. It’s very light weigh even with the water added to it. It pushes out just enough mist, however I’m still trying to figure out how many drops of oil I need to add so that it’s not over or under barring. It is very easy to use. You literally just add your water and your choice of essential oil. This is a must have.. I ran into one problem.. I reached out to customer service and Jaina helped me right away. She was able to resolve my problem in a quick 1 two. Lol! I plan to put these throughout my house.

After six months of use, my diffuser started malfunctioning by turning off after just a few minutes. I contacted the seller and their support team replied promptly. Jaina asked a few questions about my use of the diffuser and then reassured me that they would be happy to replace it. She then ordered another and shipped it to me immediately. Prompt, professional and generous service from this company. I highly recommend them.

I really enjoy this diffuser. I had problems with the lid on my first one, and Jaina was very quick to respond, and she had a new diffuser sent to me within just a few days. Their customer service is excellent. Jaina did a great job!

Giving it 4 stars because it does its job however I often find it beeping at me when I try to turn it on and then it just turns off. I have to unplug and plug it back in to get it to start working again, this happens after a day or two but when I first got it I didn't have any issues. It is very quiet with a slight water sound. I appreciate the option of the lights and being able to choose one specific color you want on and not being stuck with the rainbow. It holds quite a bit of water and lasts for a while. I appreciate the option of changing the out put on the mist, so you can have it push more out or less obviously if you've got it cranked up the water level decreases pretty quickly. I usually leave mine on the lowest setting and it works perfectly on putting the scent out. It's light weight, small enough on my counter and doesn't take up too much space. I don't usually use the timer setting I just have it set to on but I'm sure the timer works as intended. As for the value for money I'd say it's worth it, it hasn't completely quit out on me and I've had it for a year or two and it's still working. Other reviews I've read said other machines stopped working all together after a month or three months. I would recommend this item because it holds a fair amount of water and you don't need to constantly refill it and it's still working unlike other machines.

Easy to use, I love the 500ml, and it looks great. Happy with my purchase! I bought the green one & its green but my camera is pulling blue idk why.

The cord is in the diffuser. I had a hard time finding it thinking I did not get one. Soo I’m helping you to find it with ease. Love this diffuser sleek and is powerful. Please get one

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The look and cost was cute. No remote. Not a strong flow of smoke/mist. 1 hr, 4hr and I think 6hr setting. No other. No way yo tell what option you picked either.

Love the style of this one. Love the different color settings you can use and the different lengths of time you can set it to. I got my first one and it worked well for about two weeks then suddenly stopped working. I contacted the company (Jaina was who I was in contact with and they were absolutely amazing) that were quick to respond. They gave me some cleaning tips to try and the tips worked but only for a short period of time. I contacted Jaina again and they quickly sent me a brand new one at no cost to me. So far the new one is working very well. I’m not sure what happened to the first one but I do recommend being very careful with how you clean it as recommended and do as they tell you to. I only gave it 4 stars as I think it shouldn’t have messed up so quickly. I would give many many more stars to the customer service tho and to Jaina in particular as they were so very quick and helpful. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and will buy more products.
