Xfinity XE2-SG 2nd Generation XFI Pod Model B1A Bigger & Better with Improved Connectivity (Dual Pack)

I was concerned that it would not work for the office that I set up in a remote room of my home. I was pleasantly surprised. It works splendidly.

Although theses pods seem to work ok. We paid full price for them to thrown in a bag without instruction, no box and both pods were dirty. We paid a premium price for what we thought was a new pair of new extenders. You never know what you are going to get.

The X Pods worked exactly as described. The signal in my home was extended enough to enable all of the wireless devices to have better signal.

Received what was described with no packaging or manuals. Only one pod works other one is dead on arrival. Submitted refund request with no way to contact seller and no communication from seller after submitting refund request.

As others have mentioned these are $100 cheaper through Xfinity and can only be used with XB6 and XB7 rented routers.In my 3200sqft Concrete Home approx 60ft from the router I was getting 70mbps with the Gen 1 pods now 140mbps with the Gen 2.You can use both pod generations together just make sure the Gen 1 connect behind the Gen 2 so they dont cut down your speeds

I have these pods- didn’t need them but wanted to have wired connection for some devices spaced out across the home. The Xfi/boost pods I have are 2nd gen where I have 1 connected to the PS5 (recognizes the Pod for hardwire connection and performs well too) and the other is to my Xbox Series X- I have no complaints on these pods. My only complaint would be to not buy them here for $300- these are available from the website for $100 less and I think you can do the installment option. I’m not sure, either way, why pay $100 extra for the same product?
