Missing essential parts. No vacuum head, tube or pipe. Just the tank and two random small parts. Ordered twice and happened both times. Something wrong with this listing!

Pathetic product-Stay away
Pathetic product quality. Worst than a low quality china product.Stay away from this hitachi brand. The vacuum cleaner did not even last for a few months.They are looting and fooling by mentioning it is made in Japan.We had Karcher before, it lasted for more than 5 years!I am filing a complaint for a return and full refund now.
