Since taking this for just a week or so my blood pressure has dropped so much that I had to stop taking my medication. I don't know if it is from the black garlic or not, but BP is down.

Without a blood test I can't say if I have had the result that I desire - lower and better cholesterol numbers - I feel better and I seem to be sleeping better but whether this is solely responsible I cannot say since I have also taken other measures - but it has no bad effects - does not make my breath smell like garlic, does not upset my stomach and these are major determinates for me. I have read great things about this product and I truly believe in probiotic and fermented foods - garlic was something I tried in the past with no impact but this one is fermented and that may make all the difference. If you are like me and want to avoid medicine for better numbers it was a no brainer choice to try - I will go back in a few months and I hope for a good result.
