No B.S. Guide to Maximum Referrals and Customer Retention: The Ultimate No Holds Barred Plan to Securing New Customers and Maximum Profits

Buy it, Read it, Use it!
An excellent, down-to-earth, practical guide. I do value Kennedy's works, so I fully expected to get a great deal out of it, and I was not disappointed. His ideas are obvious and clear - it is more profitable to keep a happy customer, client or patient than to replace an unhappy one. It is more profitable to get that happy customer to refer a new customer to your business, than to use traditional marketing to go and find one. Most people do not like to make referrals - for many reasons - so the book covers different business people's ways they use to encourage and enable customers to refer effectively and frequently. As per usual, Mr. Kennedy 'tells it like it is' and uses the book to 'sell' his other books, etc - why on earth wouldn't he? If you value one of his books, you'll probably want more.

This Book Delivers
When you claim, via your title, that your book will create loads of referrals and have your customers swooning for your business like the sailors did the sirens of old, you better deliver. And this book clearly delivers. Each chapter has clear, actionable ideas that I have either successfully used in the past, so I know they work, or were so practical and brilliant, yet obvious once pointed out, that I was left wondering why I hadn't I seen them. Thankfully, I have this rich resource I can use to strengthen my business. There's no faster sales cycle than a referral. And there is nothing more valuable than your existing customer base. This book does a fantastic job of showing it's reader how to score high on both counts.

One of the Best in the No B.S. Series
I’ve been a student of Dan Kennedy’s for many years and through Dan have had the privilege to know Shaun Buck. This book is insightful, and well written. Dan emphasizes the money math, a point missed by too many small businesses and most big-dumb-companies. Shaun is a master at client retention and referral. His insights on how to dramatically increase the value of your business through accurate thinking and use of these strategies is invaluable. No B.S. Guide to Maximum Referrals and Customer Retention not only lives up to high standards Dan Kennedy set for the No B.S. series, this book is one of the best so far. helpful read for the product and/or services provider
really interesting read. It's easy to think that happy customers just talk about your products and services. It's harder to understand what makes them talk. This book was so easy to read it let me think about my business while I was reading and I felt like it helped me see what I can do to max out referrals. Proof is in the pudding, so we will see.

Big surprise! The book about referrals had so many referrals in it
Here is the thing, the style of this book was a bit awkward to me but I will say that I have picked up some priceless techniques and mindsets on keeping customers, getting more out of them and getting each one to bring one more customer (hint, priceless means even if only one was in this book it would still have been worth it, and there are quite a few).

Great Read!
As someone who works in marketing and sales, I can honestly say that this book is a priceless addition to the reference shelf. It is practical, easy-to-read, and chock-full of innovative new marketing tips and ideas. The authors take different approach to customer retention than I have seen before, and they use relevant stories explain how you can grow your business instead of repeating old cliches and platitudes. I highly recommend this book to anyone trying to multiply their customer base and increase retention. Thank you Dan and Shaun!

Very basic....
I'm shocked at the very basic nature of this book. I've really enjoyed his other books but this one, thus far, seems all too simplistic and frankly quickly written for a buck. Three stars for effort but not much else.

Brings numbers into perspective!
Just into the first three chapters and I'm loving it's content. Tons of math so far (right up my alley - numbers speak!) and put's into perspective the amount of money spent in courting your current clients (i'm definitely NOT doing enough right now!). I'm excited to learn how to put in place my own customer retention and referral system into my own business. Can't wait to read more.

So far so brilliant
Ok so I'm only on page 14 so far but it's brilliant and a subject the very few write about. Learnt alot in 14 pages. Plus I felt I had to counteract the person who put one star. They are so wrong. This book is great.
