You have to use quite a bit to get a good crunch but its not too hard on your hair and it makes my wavy hair curly. Does not last very long or the hold

No crunching at all! This had medium hold for me, usually any product I put in my curls that has hold leaves it feeling really nasty but this left my hair feeling like it had no product in it! It didn't get rid of frizz fully but it tamed it a lot. I don't know how it would handle type 4 curls but the noughty curl range is honestly a game changer for my type 3 curls and I think it would be perfect for type 2 as well.

Unsure if I received a faulty batch or this site doesn’t sell authentic products as it was my first time purchasing from the company but the gel had a really weird stringy texture that wouldn’t rub into my hands, it congealed and separated from itself? I was left with globs of gel in my palm that I couldn’t get to mix back together… it did hold my hair somewhat but the curls fell limp after a day each time I used it.

Lovely smell but product doesn't have enough substance or staying power to hold the curls in my hair type.

I'm new to wavy-curly routine, and I can say this one is easy to use. I like that the curs are well defined and no scrunch needed! However, you need to ensure to condition your hair well before using the gel.
