First, while I know it’s common, the magnesium left my hands feeling pretty dried out after using it. I bought these for my wife to help her on stressful days. She’s a small lady, so I think she may have OD’ed the first time she took them. She was so relaxed and careless, she slept all night without moving, but woke up the next morning with a huge hangover. Granted, I think she was coming down with a cold or something that same night, but repeated use (at smaller doses) seems to help stabilize her mood and help her sleep better. We’ve got two toddlers so getting a good night’s rest is often tough, especially when you’re so tense after caring for their every need.
