My favourite mushrooms for ramen
So affordable for the amount you get and very high quality. These rehydrate in water/ramen in 3 minutes and come up aldente. Very delicious.

Dried Black fungi
Great price when I bought this, very little or no instructions, but easy to reconstitute with boiling water and an amazing amount of fungi for the couple of desert spoons I used, not that much flavour but great for texture in various Chinese and Thai dishes
