Good Humdifier
I’ve gone through a few humidifiers before, and this is easily the best one I’ve used. It’s easy to clean, quiet (even without the noise dampening piece), and it works well. I’ve had it for just over a month, and I like it.There are a few cons:1) Believe the directions when it suggest cleaning every couple of days. This thing gets dirty quickly, unlike some humidifiers where cleaning it once a week is sufficient.2) It doesn’t actually hold as much water as it claims. From empty, adding a full gallon of water causes it to become overfilled and not work properly.3) The light on the plug is EXTREMELY bright. I use it in my bedroom at night, and the light was so bright that I had to actually put something over the plug.4) This thing STINKS when you first take it out of the box. Even after cleaning it, it was still very stinky. It has since aired out, thankfully.5) This thing is confusing to put together the first time. I am very used to putting stuff together, and it took me longer than it should have.

So far, it's great
I've only had this for about a month, so there's a chance I could change my review, but I am very pleased with the humidifier so far. My number one factor in recommending this humidifier is the fact that, true to advertisement, it can be fully washed. It is easy to take apart and put back together and scrub down. I do so every two days because we live on well water and I cannot afford distilled water to fill it at all times, so I clean it regularly and it is not a chore to do so. It holds quite a bit of water and works out so that when I want to clean it, its just about empty. I like how easy it is to use and I think it's rather quiet - but I also don't mind a little white noise while I'm trying to sleep.

Need better quality control- not worth the $$$
the humidifier is easy to clean and works well, when it works. after a few times of using it the first year, the power controller stopped working. it was very difficult to reach anyone in customer service, and when I finally was able to get a response on Instagram they were only willing to replace the controller after I sent a video showing the item not working! Less than a year later after the replacement part, it won't turn on again, no power to the unit. I rarely leave negative reviews, I had to for this.

An almost perfect humidifier
As a rule, humidifiers on the market are bulky, ugly, and/or very difficult to clean. The Miro is an exception this rule. It has a slightly large footprint but its extreme modularity make it extraordinarily easy to clean. For the first time in years, I can go to sleep without worrying that I'll be inhaling mold particles. Perhaps it's a bit too modular; I believe the design can be simplified a bit. But the positives far outweigh the negatives. It is made of high-quality plastic, looks elegant, and does its job with a minimum of fuss. This is one of those rare products that one knows will flourish in the marketplace through sheer word-of-mouth. Buy it.

The only truly washable humidifier out there that's worth your money
Pros: quiet, completely washable, not ugly, easy to control mist levelsCons: no humidistat- so I have to wake up at night to increase mist as heat blows more; does not project mist well and nozzle has only one spoutWe wash well with Dawn soap with a clean bottle brush and wash cloth at least once per week, preferably twice. Each day we also dry parts and replace water, using only distilled water. This is the only humidifier my son will have in his room at night. I think the constant flow of mist is less disruptive to his sleep, versus one with a humidistat that turns the mist off and on. It would be great if Miro could make a humidifier with a humidistat that kept humidity within a range without shutting off and on like all other brands out there. That's their next challenge on the quest for making the perfect humidifier!

Excellent Humidifier You Can Clean!
This will be a detailed review for the Miro NR07S. I purchased a total of three of these humidifiers. The first one was a new purchase several months ago. I have zero complaints of it. I am glad that I got the 5 liter over the 4 liter models, as I live in New Mexico, and in the cooler seasons, the humidity can drop to single digits. It washes well, easy to take apart and put together, and has good controls for adjusting the amount of humidity to pour out. One downside for some might be that it doesn’t have an automatic on-off function based on the amount of humidity in the air, but I don’t need that. It stays on all day and night when home.As for the other two I recently purchased, they were used models, customer returns, I believe. Unit 1’s box had the previous customer’s address still visible on it. That is very unfortunate, so the product will lose a star just for that. That is inappropriate and completely unprofessional. Unit 1 was also dirty and the vibration plate was slimy when I received it. I did wash it, and it does work well. Unit 2 had the previous customer’s address cut off, so I am unable to see it. It was also dirty, but the vibration plate was not slimy like Unit 1.Because both were dirty and nothing was returned to good state (cleaning, put into new bags, wires rewrapped, I will drop it down to three stars. Both Unit 1 and Unit 2 came in a box that was taped together and was not closed or sealed well, so a lot of dust got into the box. It was sloppily put together. However, both Unit 1 and Unit 2, after cleaning thoroughly and testing, work well. No complaints, but I did notice that Unit 1 seemed to be a different production model than Unit 2 and the first one I got new. It isn’t a problem, just noticed that it was different. Overall, the product is good, but the review is for more than just the product.Miro is a South Korean company and is pretty popular there, especially for families of babies. Easy to keep clean, works well, and doesn’t require any nonsense. One thing I do worry about is that if you have hard water, I think it could damage the humidifier over time. I have a reverse osmosis system, and I only use that water for them. I do recommend purchasing used, if you don’t mind cleaning up what Miro America didn’t and saving a bunch of money, otherwise, paying full price for new is still worth it.Made in Vietnam
