This switch works great. It was easy to install. I really like these compared to the traditional switch. It's much easier to use, especially if you have your hands full or arthritis in your hands. Seems like a good quality for a reasonable price. No dimming ability. Looks nice. Made well.

When I first moved into my rented condo unit a few years ago, it still had almost all the original (1972) light switches and outlets, even though the rest of the place is up-to-date. Given the reasonableness of the rent and my landlord, I offered to change all the old outlets and light switches, an offer he readily accepted. I replaced 7 or 8 light switches with this particular switch.After several years of frequent use, all but two are still functioning like new. IMPORTANT: The two failures, which both were that the rocker button broke off the switch, were absolutely NOT the switches fault.My wife, who grew up in the Soviet Union, uses everything with the finesse of an angry gorilla. She doesn't open and close things; she thrusts them open and smashes them closed as if she were engaged in a WWF match. Thus, light switches are not turned off and on; they are punched into submission. Frankly, I amazed these switches have withstood the abuse.I have tried, with limited success, to tame this "feature" my wife has, which she blames on "nothing in the Soviet Union fitting right." Alas, being only partially successful in my attempts, I must highly commend these switches for standing up to her onslaught and looking good while doing so.Now, if can only find vertical blinds with the same resolve.... At least my wife's aggression is only limited to inanimate things.

Product quality was as I expected for GE and the price was competitive. I used it for an outdoor porch light that was covered by a weatherproof switch cover. It works great and was easy to install. Recommended buy.

These work well for awhile and are easy to install. They do not last much more than 1 year before they break.

These 3-way switches by GE are perfect replacements if your 3-way decora style switches are going bad. Over the past 25 years since my house was built, I've had a few switches fail from more frequent use. When 3-ways start to go, you'll probably find that they either stick or feel clunky when operating along with failure to power a 3-way light or accessory on or off. From what I can tell, these switches haven't changed much in 25 years so switching them out is simple. As the wire connections are identical, I found it easier to disconnect and connect each wire in sequence to ensure the exact same wiring arrangement from old switch to new. It's important to keep this in mind with 3-ways to ensure the switches work as expected AND as always, be sure your circuits are disconnected at the breaker and are safe to work with. At under $13 for 5 switches, these are a bargain. 5 stars.

No complaints, I've used GE single poles which worked great so picked these up when I needed 3 ways. Price was good, same great quality, and simple installation. Look good, nice satisfying click on use, will continue to use in the future.
