Despite a previous extremely bad experience with BAX in which they sold me a faulty item, and then took 7 months to replace it, only to replace it with another faulty item, which then took another 6 months to get a refund... (No kidding. I'm completely serious). Over 40 phone calls, dozens of emails. Lied to, fobbed off, hung up on etc...Despite this experience... Against my better judgement I decided to buy one of their Fazley guitars as they aren't expensive and have a really sweet tone. We have two already... I thought I'd add a different colour for my daughter for Xmas but figured if I bought it thru Amazon, if there was a problem, it's be easy enough to sortAnd yes,... As I should have anticipated, it arrived damaged... But upon trying to organise a return, I've discovered that the process is made as difficult as possible.Start a refund via Amazon but we will not pay the return delivery fee, and also, even though this was delivered from our UK outlet, we will make you send it back to our international outlet.We will issue you a free return label, but... You must contact us via our digital customer service thing that doesn't work properly, or u can call us and be on hold for ages just to get a label for a courier company that may or may not take an item of this size..... Honestly. After my recent awful experience with BAX, I decided to just keep this guitar rather than go through another frustrating process that will undoubtedly take ages to resolve. I'll tell my daughter to put a sticker over the scuff mark on the guitar. So. Before you buy from Bax, check out their reviews online,noit just here on Amazon.They even have a Facebook page dedicated to them called Bax Rip off.Be aware that they will make refunds and returns as difficult as possible.I have learned my lesson. Never again..Merry Xmas.
