Easy to put together. Was a time saver!! Catching my birds with towels was driving me into a sweat. Birds learn quick!!! I became a pro catching budgies. Handle does need periodic tightening. Not a deal breaker. It is a purchase I regret not having made sooner! Unless you would rather chase them endlessly. Not me!!!

I use these to catch carpenters bees eating my deck. Like so well I bought another one for my barn. Definitely like the extendable length.

I was hoping for something a bit more solid, but this gets the job done, and it is being used for a college assignment. If you are looking for a net that is very solid, this might not be it. Nonetheless, I am satisfied, and the price was reasonable.

Love it! Haven't used it yet but I'm ready for the "lubber" infestation!! Also might be able to capture a snake or 2 when they get into my house. Handle length will be a great help with that!

For some reason which only they know birds and small mammals want to come into my screened in porch and then have trouble finding an easy exit. I was able to capture and remove them with this net without doing them or me any harm.

One of my friend's parakeets got injured and needed to be caught to be put in the hospital cage and treated. We had to chase that poor bird around the room for several minutes, till she was panting so hard, before we finally caught her. Her breathing was so heavy at that point that I was seriously worried about her health, though thankfully she made a full recovery. After that I immediately purchased this net for my friend, so she would never again need to chase a parakeet to the point of exhaustion, and wow, apparently it's been a bit of a lifechanger. I can't even count how many times she's thanked me for this net! I've used it once or twice myself and it definitely takes some skill and technique, but it does work well for catching parakeets.

The media could not be loaded. Especially when considering the price, this net is sturdy even when extended (just don't fully extend it or let a kid swing it around. It says Professional! I see a lot of reviews about kids breaking them). The materials used for the netting were strong enough for me to not only capture a chipmunk that ran into one of my gutters, but also held up to his clawing and biting while he was trying to climb out without leaving a single hole in the netting! He was in this net for about 5 min, I wanted to walk a good distance from my house to release him. A quick rinse and the net is ready for next use!Remember, this is an insect net, not a rodent net, that's why I am so impressed. I challenge anyone to catch an insect bigger than a chipmunk haha

I bought this net as a gift for my daughter’s birthday. She LOVES catching bugs to observe, identity and study (before releasing them). I wanted to upgrade her current net (also a Restcloud) and get a deeper one with smaller mesh and a longer handle.We’ve been very happy with Restcloud items we’ve previously purchased, so they were the obvious choice when I decided to buy a new net.My daughter was absolutely thrilled when she opened the net on her birthday - couldn’t wait to get outside and break it in! Unfortunately –and quite unexpectedly– the handle snapped the first time she used it. It was upsetting for us both and really put a damper on her day.I’m quite disappointed to say the least. I ordered it a bit early to ensure it was here on time for her birthday, and the return window ended yesterday, so I’m out the money and my daughter doesn’t have a new "upgraded" net.
