Works great for the LCI regal motorized awning. Does not come with any screws though
First irritation is that it doesn't come with any new screws. When these things break off usually you lose the whole thing including the screws. I would recommend they include 10 cents worth of screws so people don't have to go try to find them at a hardware store after they've waited for this to arrive. Worked great on my LCI awning. This is for the regal motorized side. The other bad thing was the rubber plug that covers the manual retract area does not stay in it is formed weird so that it just falls out. I had to glue it in so if I ever have to use it I have to carefully tear it off and then glue it back on again. Not sure if they are all like that but this one was and a little disappointing. It's important to keep water and moisture out of these motors as it is the number one common problem cause.

Does not come with rubber plug
This cover fits correctly is eazy to install with 2 screws (not included). But just like all the other complaints it does not come with rubber plug to cover manual operation hole. The cover is shown with the plug. It defeats the purpose to have a exposed hole for rain water to fill.

The part fits as it should but the rubber shown in the picture is missing and there customer service sucks. Be prepared for the rubber peace missing.

Do we need to glue it???
Sent without attachment screws. Had to find ones just long enough. Still, in 6 months, the screws came loose and the cap was lost again. Company not helpful when trying to get the right screws.

Perfect Match to Original
Damaged both of mine on my camper awning and had to replace the base and outer conver. Luckily I didn't lose the screws or rubber dowel from the motor drive cover and was able to reuse those on the new pieces because they're not included, but you're told that in the description when you order them. All pieces were an exact match and fit together perfectly and my awning heads look as though nothing ever happened to them. I'll pay more attention to basketball goals left out at curbs from now on!
