It works fine. I just wouldn't apply much pressure when using it, it does feel like it may snap. Im not able to use it for what I needed, but, overall, it's not bad.

Cheap, but still gets the job done. It helps get out my knots on my muscles and it's easy to use. I use it before I run and sometimes after I'm done stretching.

If I could give this a different rating, I would give it a 100! I've used this roller nightly, for three to five minuters, and gently roll both my feet on top of it. I've had tightness and tingling from my inner arch, to the ends of my toes, reaching on top of my foot. A lot of the tightness has disappeared, and stayed away, after only about a week of use. This is the most comfort I've had in over a decade with my feet. They almost feel normal for a change. It's the best thing I've ever experienced as far as getting a quick result from never ending pain. I would highly recommend.

I was really looking forward to this muscle roller stick helping with my post-workout soreness, but it honestly fell a bit short of my expectations. It feels a little flimsy, and I didn't get the deep tissue relief I was hoping for. The rollers didn't glide as smoothly as I'd anticipated, making it tough to really work into those tight spots. While it might be okay for very light use, it just wasn't effective enough for my needs. I'll probably look for something a bit more robust in the future.
