Katana Handmade Full Tang Sharp, Alloy Tsuba Japanese Samurai Sword High Carbon Steel 1060,T10 1095, 40-Inch

My katana came in great condition, there was no damage to the packaging. My blade was well oiled and sharp beyond my expectations. Everything is tight there is no scuffs or markings the saya is in perfect condition. The quality stands way above the price for $100 you’d think it would just barely be metal and fitting be loose but yet siwode has exceeded my expectations and it weighs and feels like the real deal. The katana itself is beautiful you can tell they put heart into the craftsmanship. I would just like to say thank you for forging such great swords

Very pleasantly surprised with this katana. Very sharp out of the box. Well packed in a cool looking box. Well put together, everything fits right & is tight. Decent quality blade, even laser etched with manufacturers name & serial number. Nice sheath with a snug fit. Cast suba with brass fittings. It has taken some abuse & is still tight and sharp. Given some of the junk swords out there right now, this is a good sword at a great price. I was particularly drawn to the color. In person it didn't disappoint amd really pops. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality, low priced katana. Thanks.

Like other Siwode katanas in my collection this one has the same quality in craftsmanship and detail, real same, well wrapped and spaced ito tsuka, thick sageo of the saya with nice gloss paint, 1060 polished blade. Siwode katanas for the price are a real bargin and i,m sure I well buy more in the future because one can never have enough swords. Buy em, you'll like em!!!!!!!!!!......

Well worth the price! Comparable to the $300 swords on Kult of Athena, for half the price. I have had no problems with this sword and I might even buy another one! Even though the ishime saya is most likely plastic it has lasted me very long, with barely any chips, held the blade in tightly.The tsuba is the cheapest thing on this sword but it does its job well and looks amazing.10/10 would suggest this sword to someone just starting to collect real but budgeted Japanese swords. I would give more than 5 stars if possible.

The sword arrived today undamaged. Mine was the model with the falcon on the tsuba. After getting through the tape and plastic wrap I finally got to inspect the sword. My first impression was it was a handsome looking sword. The ito is a navy color (witch is my favorite color on a sword) the scabbard is a shiny lacquer with a very dark midnight blue color. (At least on mine) you can only notice it if you shine a light on it. The ito on the handle was made well, however the wrapping could be just a bit tighter. It does in fact have real "ray skin" ray skin or shark skin I'm not picky. The tsuba is tight and all other fittings are tight. Now the blade, the blade is decently sharp i was able to cut pool noodles with it. over all a good sword i highly recommend this seller and will be buying more in the future.

This is a nice looking sword. I wish it was T-10 because it really needs a nice hamon. It is razor sharp though so that's a plus. The tsuba looks way better than I expected and really clean for the price. Saya for is perfect. Only two flaws is a visible seam in the ray skin and the tsuka ito could be a little tighter. Definitely not fatal flaws and the sword really pops with a orange and brass koi color scheme.

First thing! I'm no master or metal worker! This is way better than I thought it would be! If they told me it was 1000$i wouldn't be surprised. Beautiful, sturdy, sharp and just awesome. Watermelon, apple, water bottles, just cuts like butter.The minute I can talk my wife into it, I will order a couple more. Would love to replace all the pictures hanging in my house with swords! At this price for value I might be able to!
