These little adapters are so handy! They work perfectly for charging and data transfer, and the speed is actually fast. No issues at all connecting to my iPhone or other devices. There’s no battery (since it’s not a device), but it powers through USB just fine. I like how small and sleek they are—easy to keep in my bag and designed to stay out of sight. Great quality, and you get 3 in the pack, which is a steal.

My iPhone recently stopped charging or connecting to wired car play with USB-A to lightning cables but for whatever reason does charge if I use a USB-C to lightning cable. I have plenty of USB-C to lightning cables and can use those to charge, but my car only has a USB-A port for the wired car play connection which is why I bought this adapter.The adapter seems to be very nice build quality and it is very small. Its basically not noticeable that you are using an adapter. It DID work to charge my phone using USB-A bricks/the USB-A port in my car with a USB-C to lightning cable; however, CarPlay functionality still did not work with this adapter.I only gave it 4 stars because while it does work well for charging, and the design and size are great, it didn't solve my main issue with CarPlay connectivity issues. I am keeping the product because I have plenty of USB-A bricks and plenty of USB-C to lightning cables so I will still be able to use it.
