Workout bands
The hpygn sport resistance bands are incredibly versatile and have added a new dimension to my training routine. They come in various resistance levels, which makes it easy to adjust the intensity based on my fitness goals.I love how lightweight and portable they are; I can easily take them anywhere, whether I'm at home, the gym, or even traveling. The bands are durable and have held up well even with regular use. I've noticed improvements in my strength and flexibility, especially in my legs and core.Overall, I highly recommend the [Brand and Model] resistance bands for anyone looking to enhance their workouts. They are an affordable and effective tool that can be used for a variety of exercises. I'm really happy with my purchase!

Great Set of Bands
The bands, handles, door stop are very well constructed and feel very safe. They offer good resistance and it is possible to do a full body workout with these.

Pretty good, which caveats
The main thing to understand about these is that the "weights" listed on the individual bands bear no relation to reality. The 10# band doesn't feel like 10#, but the thing about exercise bands is that the resistance provided depends on how long of a stretch you're giving it, and also the length of the band you're trying to stretch.Having said, all of the components seem sturdy enough, although tubes like this will have a limited lifespan, from my experience. Instead of relying on one band, I just double them up to get more resistance - and using the 20# and 30# together provides more resistance than the single 50# band. This is all fine as long as you're not focused on the "weight" itself. I find bands to be a nice change of pace from the dumbbells I usually use. They put less stress on joints and I try to focus on smooth, slow reps. They will definitely give you a good pump once you figure out which combination of bands to use for a particular exercise.I've been using these for about two months, maybe once a week to mix up my routine. So far so good.

Works great
I was pleasantly surprised that the gear looked like the ads, and worked well. I bought it because of the metal carabiners that make it easy to change bands, and I wasn't disappointed. I put a rail system on the wall for my wife's physical therapy exercises and I find myself doing some light exercises when I pass by it. Maybe that will wear off, but I can tell I'm using muscles that don't normally get a workout, so I may have to get more serious about doing these regularly. It came with a nice poster that shows a variety of exercises, which is actually helpful. Note that it comes with a door-stop. Because I bought a rail and car system for the wall, we don't need it for high-mounted exercises, but I think we'll use if for lower-mounted exercises, like for legs. Really seems like a decent set of bands and grips for the price. Recommended!

Great exercise set
This is a fantastic set for the money, all the accessories to do many, many different exercises. Along with a handy card that explains the movements. So many exercises. Everything seems well made, at least for now and the price was the reasonable

Product looks as advertised
I can't find anything wrong with these exercise bands/tubes. They are tubes but the site calls them bands so not really sure what to call them. It's like surgical tubing that we used to make wrist rockets with. I like the variety of strengths. I give a 4 for durability due to the size of the little carabiners that connect the tubes to the handles. Those are light to medium weight and I will be surprised if they do not fail. I have used similar carabiners in other applications and the gate springs fail eventually. I will probably go to Home Depot and get some stainless steel ones that I know will hold up. Also, because they are so small, when you clip the handle D-ring into the tiny carabiner, you have to then rotate the carabiner around so the webbing at the tube end will fit inside of the biner and not open the gate. Anyway, it's not a big deal but it would have been nice to have a nicer clasping system. I have some other tubes that have nice stainless clasps that are shaped more like a sailboat swivel snap shackle and they are very robust. The stitching is good but the webbing is not as strong as the older ones I have. Again, I doubt this will create an issue down the road but it just gives the equipment a cheaper feel. I'm sure it will hold up alright though. The tubes I am replacing just are getting older and one day when I was doing curls, I might have needed to add another tube or maybe I should not have stretched it out so far but the tip broke off and the tube went flying. These newer tubes have the weight resistance stitched onto one end so that's handy to be able to pick up the tube and see what the resistance is since they are all colored similarly (gray and black shades). I have not used them in a real workout yet since they just arrived yesterday and I only opened them today. I got them to be able to work out when I travel. Using tables and chairs in hotel rooms leaves a little to be desired. I would recommend these to anyone but if I were to buy again I would look for some with stronger looking clips on the ends of the tubes. Just my opinion.Lastly, I was going to get the bar they advertise with these but decided instead to pick up a one inch diameter wood dowel from Home Depot alone with some stainless carabiners and some 1/4" hemp cord. I wrapped the handle in the cordage and attached the carabiners to the end with small U-bolts and it works really good. I could have spent $29 or whatever for the fancy bar but I like this wood one and it reminds me of something Rocky would have used to train. lol

Resistance values much less than labeled
This is a nice set and the bands are well made but they are thin and their resistance values should be about half what they are labeled as.
