These are high quality resistance bands. It seems like they will be sturdy enough to last a long time. I appreciate the five levels of resistance. They’re well-packaged and come with a mesh bag to keep them in when not in use. Each one is marked with 5 circles, and the number of solid circles indicates the level of resistance, for example 3 solid circles out of 5 is medium resistance. They also come with some instructions for resistance exercises if you’re new to using bands.

My daughter and I needed to work on strengthening our knees and these work great. They are slip resistant and were a great value as we got them on sales. Another bonus was the fun colors!

Same quality bands from anywhere else they can be purchased. The grip is fine, they will have to be adjusted at times. I like how many options of weight resistance you get and that they come in their own bag for organization and travel.

Actually, i thought i would only use to rehab my knees however i was wrong. I use them throughout my workout. They are my main focus for all my resistant training and rehab when needed. I am 4' 11 118 lbs and 50. Disabled physical limitations that require my 7 day a week workout. Its all i can do to be healthy, strong and pain free. I personally dont care about ones height or wait abilities or disabilities. I shared that info for anyone who may need to make a purchase to fit whatever type of life and don't waste money.

These offer a great selection of tension, are well made and feel smooth on skin. The tension is labeled on each band and has not rubbed off at all. These are easy to slide on and off and are great for your at home workouts

Good set of resistance bands in varying resistance, I like the fact that they are different colors so it is easy to distinguish out of the carry bag. They work well in my workout. My only minor issue is the bands are a little flimsy and tend to roll together on certain exercises which is annoying and sometimes I have to stop to smooth them out because it is cutting into me.
