VERY WELL BUILT AND SO SIMPLE TO USE. I WISH I BOUGHT IT YEARS AGO..
I got it in time for Thanksgiving, with perspective of family gathering and making many apple pear and some such pies this sounded like possible helpful tool to save time.It is JUST AMAZING! not only Peels but CUTS at the same time! I did not expect that!I had it set up after arrival (all I had to do was to reverse the handle that is screwed inwards for shipping to take less space in the box I assume).I tried it on eight apples.. It took me two seconds to suck it up to the countertop, it is just flip of the little handle.. then I inserted first apple as per video instruction by lifting that little arm and rolling back the stab, then I put an apple on the sharpy thingies, and started rolling with reasonable slow but steady speed.I was amazed how great job it did! it was just perfectly following the curvature of the apple and when I took it off I was ready to use my apple quarterer to quarter it but I did not realize it will come off all cut in slices!!! Apparently I did not watch the whole video but only the first part how to put apple on it and get started :).So this is an absolute winner! I love id so much.I really truly wish I got it earlier.Someone here said it is cheaply made. NOTHING cheaply about it. To give you a little perspective I am used to things purchased at Williams Sonoma, Crate and Barrel, Sur La Table and so onand this appliance would surely fit perfectly among products sold there for its qualityease of use and just overall amaizingness and would probably cost 100 bucks.I love the white color that I bought. It is very well baked in paint of a very high qualityso it is not like cheaply painted object. It is kind of the same finish like on the Kitchen Aid machines if you will.Truly, I wish I got it years ago and I am sure you will to.One thing to add. t he peals are bit thick but that is pro and con.. con is that there is a bit of waste but pro is that nowadays the apples are heavily sprayed while they grow but also during the storage, even the organic apples are per Whole Foods note sprayed with all kinds of substances that are not exactly something one want to consume therefore the thicker peal allows for removing them safely and make for healthier pie.I am thinking of getting it for Christmas to those who don't have one yet but should and they don't even know it yet :)

Amazing
This thing is amazing! I have 9 apple trees on my property and this last year (2024) my trees were loaded with apples. Before I bought this I was dreading doing the peeling, coring, cutting because it took soo long to do. I did 120lbs of apples and took me over all several days if not weeks without this thing! Once I bought this (even though I said I was done with apples) I went out and picked another 20lbs and was able to do all the things in 30 minutes, so I went out and picked another 100lbs of apples and was able to get them all done in about 2 hours with taking breaks. This thing is seriously amazing and I am wondering how I ever lived without it before! I bought the suction one and it does suction to a non-porous surface. So like I have a large glass cutting board, it stuck to that perfectly!

Do not buy
TLDR: This thing is hot garbage. Do not buy.I gifted my old apple gadget to a friend and eventually found my self needing a replacement. This looked identical to the old one, so I ordered it and set it aside until I needed it. Unfortunately I didn't need to peel lots of apples until long after the return period ended. The nightmare began when I needed to bake an apple pie for Thanksgiving and pulled this waste from the box. It ships with the handle screwed on the axle reversed, with the free-spinning grip facing in toward the body of the gadget. Saves space for shipping I suppose. So, unscrew the handle assembly, reverse and screw back on, right?Wrong. All the threads are aligned the same, so as soon as the axle hits a load, when an apple hits the corer for example, the handle unscrews itself from the axle. So: threadlock, which I had available, an hour to set and good to go, right?Wrong. The prongs you impale the fruit on are screwed to the axle as well and are aligned with the working direction as well. So the apple hit the corer and the prong assembly unscrewed itself from the axle. More threadlock and another hour to set. Good to go now, right?Wrong. The corer doesn't and neither does the slicer. There isn't enough edge to the corer ring or the slicer to cut into a ripe apple, not that it matters with the slicer, because the construction of the slicer blocks the apple from hitting the blade. At that point I threw this thing in the garbage and got a paring knife. Probably the peeler doesn't work either, but that doesn't matter now.The pie still came out well.

Weak but works
Weak parts but works if you’re very gentle with it

Game Changer!
I have been peeling, coring and slicing apples by hand for dehydrating and canning for years. It is a long, tedious process. This unit does the job efficiently, consistently, easily and neatly in a fraction of the time it took me when I was doing it by hand. Highly recommend if you like consistent sized slices, dehydrating, making pie, applesauce or apple butter! Recommend tightening all components when the unit arrives and remember, the handle is on the inside of the handle for shipping and storing purposes. Simply unscrew it and place it on the proper side of the handle when using the unit.

Great Product For The Value!
The peeler is just like the advertising says! Easy to clean and easy to put the handle on that is in the box. I had one just like it about 2 years ago and it lasted for a number of years! The peeler started to rust because I didn't dry it with a towel. I allow it to dry on its own. I mostly use the peeler for peeling my potatoes.

Poor quality
There is nothing pro about this cheap piece of junk. It will peel and core apples but falls apart fast

Wonderful tool! Time saver!!
Works well, you should order new blades when you order it if you will be doing a bunch of peeling such as putting up over 5 dozen apples into apple sauce.
