I bought this for my 11 year old grandson for Christmas. He broke his, so I replaced it with this one. This thing is VERY powerful! Make sure someone is with whoever is using it for the first time, adult or not, until they get the feel of it. I'm not joking!!! My grandson took a spill that really hurt. My fault, but I didn't know how much more powerful it was than his original one. My son-in-law got on it, who rode them in the military, and he was surprised at the power. Be careful, be smart, and don't assume you know how to ride it, until you do!

Please do not purchase this product. It is JUNK!!! We purchased it for our niece and when she opened it, she was so excited but it wouldn't stay powered on; when it was on for about one minute, only the left side worked. We returned it and requested a replacement. Well, that one wouldn't even turn on when unplugged from the power outlet. We contacted support but apparently there have been quite a few people with the same issue. Even though we had missed our return window by 19 days, Amazon gave us a FULL refund. Funny thing, they didn't even want the piece of JUNK back and told us to keep it and throw it away or donate it. Well, I won't donate it because it doesn't work so to the trash it goes. What a waste, so sad. But I really do APPRECIATE Amazon!!!!

Dude this thing is sweet, my 10 yr old got this for his birthday on 1/15. I read reviews on alot of hoverboards to find the best/safest in this this price range and came to this one. Definitely the right choice by far! Battery lasts several hours as he cruises around the house like he was born with it attached to his feet, even reading his homework book as he weaves back and forth. Charges quickly, full charge in around an hour with a light indicator. Can see how these things are dangerous but no more than anything else with wheels, Definitely not the best plan for younger children or children with poor balance, wouldn't give my son one until at least 9 years old. Wear a helmet and good to go!

Update- It initially took a couple days to charge which we thought it was broken because of other reviews but after it got a charge, it has worked great since with no issues. Works great, colors are fun, and my family loves it.-We received the board and plugged it in. Charger says it was full battery yet the board wouldn’t turn on. When you would plug it in, it would flash the batteries that it’s dead. So charger says it’s fully charged while off, when you turn it on, it says it’s dead. Either way, it won’t hold a charge and won’t turn on. Very disappointing for my daughter’s birthday.

Good, used since 2022 and still works fine. Not too heavy, doesn't hold a huge charge but it works for me

I bought this item for my son and after 1 week of use, it kept shutting off fully charged then stopped working all together. I reached out to the manufacturer without a reply. So, I requested a replacement from Amazon instead. The replacement came, plugged it in to charger for the first time and it NEVER turned on! I called Amazon last week and they told me they would send me another replacement arriving June 3rd and to discard the one I had. Well, it is now June 10th and I haven't received a 2nd replacement so I called Amazon again. The didn't know what I was talking about and refused to replace the broken one and to send the old one back AGAIN! Thank god I didn't throw it away as advised from the other Amazon representative. They said there were no replacements available when I complained and told me to use the refund to buy another one. I asked, "if I use the refund to buy another one, since u stated to me there weren't any, why cant you replace it and keep my money?. They didn't have a reply that even made sense. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with Amazon, Jetson and their crappy product. I will NOT be buying this for the 3rd time and advise to stay away from any Jetson products.

My son has had this for 3 years now and it still works as well as it did on the day I bought it.
