Fit and works great in my window.
One of the balances broke in a window so I replaced the pair. You never want to replace just one you want to replace the pair. The window opens and closes just like it did before.

One of my tracks little rope broke.. Very easy to install is you follow any you tube videos.Make sure you replace both sides.. Don't cheap out and replace only one side, you will regret it.

First set arrived damaged but..
The company quickly replaced the damaged set. These worked perfectly to fix my window. It now opens again and stays in an open position. I watched a YouTube video and their link for these were $300 for a pair. Insane! $20 for a pair is more like it.

Great product but slow delivery
Everything is good except that delivery is 3 to 5 days behind the schedule

Easy to install. Windows back in service
A window had 1 balance break and thankfully the part had a number on it. Did a search of that number and it popped up on amazon. It arrived today and it was an exact replacement for the one that broke. Did a search on “how to replace a window balance” and watched a 3 minute video. 10 minutes later the window and balance are good to go. Thank you.
