My mother wanted a 9 inches tall plastic stool and I bought this. It turns out to be an accidental great buy of 2025 so far. It is not just functioning as a sitting stool, it's also strong enough for using as a step ladder, it supports within 300lb. This ergonomical stool also collapse and transport easily by its carrying handle. At first my mother complained that this stool was too fancy, she just wanted a simple cheap plastic stool. However, now she is quiet and uses this stool all the time.

Sturdy, great for storage super compact. Easy for my toddler to take out and put back up. Been through several steps stools for our bathroom in a household of 8. 6 children. I tried wooden I’ve tried the thin plastic ones with double step. If you know you know. They were broken, and wobbly this one is very sturdy thick plastic no assembly required. I have a feeling it will last a while l.

Sometimes I have my Amazon order sent to one of their lockers. On several occasions my package was placed in the top row of lockers and pushed to the far back. Unfortunately, I'm not tall enough to reach the package. I decided to get this step stool. I keep it in my car and because it folds flat it takes up no room at all, but it's always handy for me. Love it!

Very nice for sitting on in a pinch or for standing on. Folds up for storage, but I must say, I use mine daily, so they stay open. I have two of these and two shorter ones. Good for weeding or for use in the bathtub. These are waterproof as well.I weigh only about 135lbs, so I can't speak about how much weight they can hold safely. Check the product description.

While these are crazy convenient to have around the house, I'm not sure about the advertised 300-pound weight capacity. I'm 170# and sat on one for several minutes to install a new doorknob and the middle support hinge buckled and broke when I shifted my weight. We were able to use it only a few times thereafter and bought this 2-pack as a replacement - identical to what we already had. My wife loves having one in our closet so she can more easily reach items on the top shelf. We also keep one in the RV. And they're great for bathrooms with small children to help them reach the sink, they collapse in a second and fold out of the way in the cabinet. Of course they also fold flat and slip into narrow places for easy storage. Not sure about the spongy pad stickers on the top surface which are supposed to add to the safety(?) - so using some extra skateboard tape I had lying around, I placed a few strips on the top to add some solid slip-proofing security - something our last folding stool didn't have.

Works perfectly for me to step up in my vehicle. Yes I’m one of those very short people, who has trouble getting into my vehicle. My sciatica was acting up, so I thought that using the step to get up into the car would be helpful. It has been helpful. I would just recommend making sure that you’re stepping on it correctly as shown on the side of the stepstool.

I like this, like that you can fold it and stash it somewhere close by. It is sturdy enough for me but I weigh 105, can’t promise it will hold a lot. It’s pretty light. Very handy to reach the tall kitchen shelves and not have to set up my ladder.
