I am amazed at this product was suffering so bad and since buying this I ve had no sciatica use it every night and find it very comfortable after the initial few days of getting used to it . It really really works can’t recommend it enough ! Especially if you are a side sleeper it’s made me so aware of how I was sleeping and why I was getting so much pain fantastic !! One of the best things I ve ever bought .

For the last few months I have had excruciating paint in my right hip whenever I slept on that side. I concluded that my mattress probably wasn't giving me the support I needed. But before splashing out hundreds my eye was caught by ads for this type of cushion which adverts claimed could get rid of my pain. For the price I thought it was worth a try, though I was very sceptical. I've now used it for three nights and for three nights running I've had no pain. I can't remember the last time I had no pain overnight, let alone three consecutive nights. It worked for me, it might work for you. For the price it's definitely worth a punt.

Despite being sceptical when purchasing i found it has reduced my back pain and improved the quality of my sleep. I wouldn't say my back pain has gone completely, but is much better. So far so good. Seems decent quality. Hopefully it will last a good while. I'd say it's worth a go at the price if you're suffering back pain from side sleeping.

Fantastic. Great product. After two nights I no longer have lower back pain and lower back stiffness in the morning. Such a simple product. I dont’t really feel it at night and it stays on my leg when I am in the back and goes between my knees when I sleep on either side. 5 stars.

Well made but found it would not stay in place as I slept it would fall lower as I turned in bed & made it a little uncomfortable.

I wish I knew about this sooner! I’ve only had it 5 nights and it made such a difference in the morning of the first 4 days I woke up with no lower back pain. I didn’t use it last night and this morning I woke up with lower back pain again, I had to wobble myself left & right before I could even get up! Don’t hesitate if you’re a side sleeper and have lower back pain - it’s a game changer!

This is the best thing I've bought in a long time. It's helped my sciatica so much, been using for a week and made a difference with sleeping and because it keeps your legs apart through the night, it helps the next day.

Excellent customer service response after my initial review which was as follows:"Six months after purchase and not so great as the foam has split in half. It is only being kept together by its cover. First impressions were great. It was comfortable and made a difference to my back pain. The design works well. I would expect it to last longer though and question the quality of the foam."I have since been offered and accepted a new replacement free of charge. It seems to be fine and does the job nicely.
