This is my third order of this supplement. I am the worst at talking oral medicine and supplements but the high energy and health benefit has kept me on a daily regiment for months. It is effective and easy to swallow.

I was hesitant about buying due to the influx of reviews about bad smells, causing burping and etc. I experienced no such side effects. However be mindful not to take other supplements with high levels of b vitamins. I'm a very active male and currently overweight and these worked perfectly for not just morning energy but stable energy through the day. Any coloration to urine they may cause is normal for excess vitamin consumption. Be sure to drink adequate amounts of water, get adequate amounts of other vitamins and minerals, namely A-E-D3-K2, Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium, Calcium, Zinc, and eat healthy in general.This is a perfect addition to any diet that wants to round out their nutrition on a budget.

The product arrived the next day and the product seems to be working although I don’t feel any difference. Price is reasonable.

The smell (and taste) is so potent it makes me gag before I'm able to swallow the pill down, so unfortunately can't say if it's beneficial or not.Reviews seem positive though.
