Not worth the money nor any use😔
Oh dear, OK I am probably not to smartest when it comes to actually reading reviews, if I had I might have not wasted my time and money. In particular review which confirmed my experience, re the product sinking to the bottom of the paint, oil or whatever your applying to in my case, clear oil to wooden decking, so unless you constantly, and I mean constantly, stirring the oil in the pot, prior to applying, you're not actually loading the brush, roller or whatever, with the grit. Added to the above the stuff arrives in a 250m tin, fine, but again it's my own fault for not noticing how small the amount of additive is. As another reviewer stated, you can a hive simular gritty non slip results adding clean sand to the paint/oil for a fraction of the cost per amount. All in all not a good experience. I have now invested ££££ in a non slip oil with silica grit from Brewers. That will teach me to try and save money whilst trying to avoid broken bones on slippery wooden decking. 🙄

It does not mix well with paint but it is good stuff
This seems really expensive for nothing more than a dinky can of product, but it is worth it if you don't want to use sharp and abrasive sand in order to save a lot of money but ruin your knees if you fall on steps or a boat deck. The grains are not sharp, but they do grip your shoes and bare feet really well. Sadly, it's rubbish to mix with paint as it just sinks to bottom of the can. Instead, you have to put on a layer of paint, sprinkle this on, allow to dry and then overcoat. It's faffy and a bit maddening, but when it's all done it's a superb product. One can gave enough for 16x 3inch by 24 inch strips up vary steep and narrow steps with about 20% left over. It's done a magnificent job and I found nothing else on the market that was better.

Anti slip
Very good product

Expensive
You are supposed to mix in the paint you are using. However ever do it that way is difficult. So I spread it out over the wet paint. The tin size is small so spread it out carefully.
