Just what you need to make the door of a Rangemaster 110 brand new
After getting more and more annoyed with the oven door being difficult to close I decided to search online for a replacement. A genuine Rangemaster part for a 110 oven was just what I needed. Great price too. Fairly easy to install but you need a 3mm hex key and a small spanner. Use the hex key to remove the four screws that hold the door cover in place. With the spanner undo the two bolts holding the old catch in place. Place the new catch in place and screw in the two bolts. Note that the holes are not threaded but the bolts are harder material and with a little pressure they will soon grab (hence -1 star for easy to install but i found screwing the top on in first tightly and then the second one was easy to do). Put the door cover back on and you have a perfectly functioning catch. I couldn't be happier! It comes with the grip post but I didn't need it.

Good solid replacement.
My 15 year old Rangemaster had developed a few interesting quirks, one of them being that the door on the larger oven needed to be lifted up each time to close it, recently it also opened on its own. I had it professionally cleaned a couple of years ago, and the guy replaced the catch and the clip. Decided to try this tomsee if I could solve the issues myself. The part in the oven (as opposed to the parts in the door) just unscrewed easily. Comparing the old and new parts, this one had a much more defined end, so clearly a better grip. Once that was replaced, I noticed it was on an upward angle (as was the old one), so a light tap with a hammer downward has also stopped the need to lift the door when closing it. It now closes and catches as when it was new. Haven't even needed to replace the part in the door, but know this is also relatively easy as there are four screws on the door to remove the glass to clean it, and have done before.Price was significantly cheaper than anywhere else.

Improvement on the original
Our Rangemaster oven door was shutting but the catch never seemed to have a truly positive action; this version, with all metal rollers, has solved the problem and we can now close the door and be sure it has shut securely. The catch itself is easy to replace but I had to take the door off to dismantle it which was a bit fiddly but easier than moving the whole cooker to access the front cover fixing screws.

Better than the original
Was doubtful at first as our expensive rangemaster cooker always had a door latch issue. It would spring open on it own during cooking.Fitted this new latch and it's perfect. There's vids on YouTube on how to remove the door cover. It's literally a 5 min job
