No hard drive.
Buyers beware!! Thought this be a great deal. Laptop showed up quick however wouldn’t boot properly since there is no hard drive installed. This listing and supplier should be removed from Amazon. Description states it is a fully functioning refurbished laptop. It is nothing more than a oversized paperweight.

No hard drive installed
Arrived fast, but laptop does not work. Fires up but no hard drive installed so is completely unusable. Contacted Amazon who could not help and said seller would reach out in 48 hours. Have not heard back from anyone. Very disappointed.

Its hard to wrap my head around a laptop that is indestructible being sold a renewed.... This should always be new or like-new.

Somewhat disappointing
Contrary to what is stated in one of the answers, the keyboard does not have a backlight, nor is there an LED light to illuminate the keyboard from above, as is found on some laptops. So using this laptop under dimly-lit conditions, as often happens in the field, is going to be frustrating.The fingerprint reader doesn't work well. It won't register my fingerprints but keeps telling me to try again.
