Enhanced Protection and Comfort for Braces: Sonic Dental Comfort Guard
I recently tried the Sonic Dental Comfort Guard, a lip shield and mouth guard designed specifically for individuals with braces, and I am impressed by the enhanced protection and comfort it provides during orthodontic treatment. This innovative dental accessory has significantly improved my braces-wearing experience, and here's why I highly recommend the Sonic Dental Comfort Guard:One of the standout features of the Sonic Dental Comfort Guard is its thoughtful design tailored for individuals with braces. The lip shield provides a protective barrier between the braces and the inner lips and cheeks, helping to prevent irritation, cuts, and discomfort that can often occur from the sharp edges of orthodontic appliances. This feature is especially beneficial for those in the initial stages of braces treatment when the mouth is more sensitive to friction. The mouth guard component of the Sonic Dental Comfort Guard offers additional protection for the braces and teeth, particularly during physical activities or sports where there is a risk of impact or injury. The guard is lightweight and flexible, allowing for a comfortable fit over the braces without interfering with speech or breathing. It provides peace of mind knowing that my braces and mouth are shielded from potential damage.I found the Sonic Dental Comfort Guard to be easy to use and maintain. The guard is made of durable and high-quality materials that are easy to clean and disinfect, ensuring optimal oral hygiene while wearing braces. The design allows for a secure fit that stays in place during daily activities, providing continuous protection and comfort throughout the day.The Comfort Guard is suitable for individuals of all ages who wear braces, making it a versatile and practical accessory for orthodontic patients. Whether you are a teenager or an adult undergoing orthodontic treatment, the Sonic Dental Comfort Guard offers a solution to common issues associated with wearing braces, such as discomfort and oral injuries. In conclusion, the Sonic Dental Comfort Guard is a game-changer for individuals with braces, offering enhanced protection, comfort, and peace of mind during orthodontic treatment. If you are looking for a reliable and effective solution to alleviate braces-related discomfort and protect your oral health, I highly recommend the Sonic Dental Comfort Guard. It has made a significant difference in my braces-wearing experience, and I am extremely satisfied with the results.

Waste of money. Can't really be worn.
I had thought that these would have been softer and lighter, but they are so stiff and hard to wear that I will not be able to use them at all. They do clip on and hold to my brackets fairly well, but they hold on so tightly that I'm afraid they are pulling my teeth in the wrong direction. They noticeably add to the pressure of the braces on the teeth. They do make it fairly impossible for the brackets to actually cut up my mouth though, and they do seem to be easy to clean and reuse, but they really needed to have been made of a more flexible material.

Good for brass players + Cheaper than same product from another vendor
Works well for brass playing - IF top brackets are horizontally arranged in a straight line so that the bumper can easily cover all the ones getting mouthpiece pressure.Mine were useless the first few months on French horn & trumpet, but then they snapped right into place after the teeth moved into a straight line.Glad to swap out the wax for these.$ Note - These appear to be identical in every way to another brand - they come in identical triangular cases labeled "Comfort Cover For Braces" - but these are $5 *less* expensive.

try them on before you cut them to size!
I haven't actually cut mine to size yet, as i won't be actively wearing them until my 4 most crooked teeth get corrected, but i wanted to make sure they would at least work for me once everything is at the same level. I will say they make my lips stick out even further which is frustrating, but it's a whole lot faster and easier than putting wax on all the brackets that bother me (14 out of 24, incidentally). They snap on, which is actually sort of uncomfortable, especially when i go to take them off, but all my teeth have been very sensitive this whole time, so that was to be expected. They actually work even with the two teeth that are set back further, but the other two problem teeth are sort of facing each other and the bracket won't clip on to them or any teeth behind them, so half of one of the bumpers doesn't clip to anything yet. A few more weeks and that problem should be rectified so i can wear them.I actually just took them off and my top teeth on one side are still hurting afterward, not entirely sure why as nothing got moved or displaced that i can tell. might just be the sensitivity in general.I will say i also bought a different type of braces bumper/guard that i want to also try out, but i wanted to leave an honest review of both sets in the hopes that it may help someone else :) I have no qualms about these and will be keeping them, even if i also like the other set. they have full coverage and are quick and simple to use, and that's all i wanted.

Don’t waste your money
Medium hard plastic not comfortable to wear. Will not fit over hooks. Complete waste of money. Also, the package says RX Only. I wonder why because obviously none of us buying on Amazon are using a prescription.

You will salivate lots......
I read lots of reviews on different dental wax replacement products. I used hot water like someone suggested and slid whole piece in my mouth before cutting for fit. Yes, it fits well, however the ends are slightly uncomfortable as they didn't lay flush for me in the back of my mouth. I really did like the full protection cover. It really caused me to salivate lots and i did not sleep with them on. It does make ur lips stick out and turn u into more of a mouth breather.I can see why this product may work well with some, and not at all with others. I think the concept is great and maybe future editions will be improved in regards to moldability, thinner use of material with some "air holes" to prevent build-up of saliva, and comfort at the ends.
