Went out after 3 week
Went out 3 weeks after replacing tried to replace for new one but my window closed the day before it went out. Trying to contact for replacementUPDATECompany reached out and made it right. They gave a full refund! Ive ordered a second one, hope it lasts longer!!

Poor quality, doesn't last over time
Was easy to install and worked great..... for 4 months and burned up. I had to remove it and put the old one back in. I was trying to get better performance out of my dryer, but this element does not hold up very long. This is a picture of the new element that only lasted 4 months.

They Gave me a no hassle full refund 10 months after I bought it
Didn't last more than a year, I decided to leave a 1 start review and they reached out to me and gave me a full refund. I purchased Sep 27, 2024 and it is July 4th 2025. I wasn't expecting them to stand behind their product. Only leaving 4 stars because the item failed pretty quickly in my opinion. Their customer support team was great.
