Nice and comfy little pillow.
This helps my hips not hurt so bad. Sometimes my hips hurt a lot due to sciatica pain and I've learned that the way I sleep on my side is mostly the cause. This has helped a lot.

Comfy for us thickums
I'm a bigger person and the pillow fits my legs just fine. It has a multi strap system w V3lcro so if you have big thighs, this will still fit well. It's super comfortable, I barely notice it's on and most importantly, my hip and lower back pain is gone!

Nice quality, effective
I purchased this specifically because it had an adjustable velcro band with an extension. Everything is nice quality and works well. Pillow stays in place even with all my tossing and turning. The foam seems to hold up and does not go flat as of now. My only complaint is the velcro edges are sharp and uncomfortable on bare legs. I cut the toe off of a tube sock and threaded the band through, and viola no uncomfortable velcro.

The Perfect Knee Pillow For Me
I've been using this pillow for several years. I tried many different knee pillows and this one is the "pick of the litter." It is nice looking, very well made and not too thick. The curvatures on the pillow set my legs in the perfect position so that my lower back doesn't hurt when I'm sleeping on my side. The fabric is sort of brushed so the pillow doesn't move around.The pillow has a strap with a Velcro closure. This allows you to move around when sleeping with a minimum of movement of the pillow. Also, once the strap has been closed to the point you choose, you can keep the strap closed and just put it on and take it off without having to re-set the strap each time.This has been the perfect knee pillow for me.

Hard to walk with it or keep in place but effective!
Works well, but tends to slide if not strapped on quite tightly. It is also hard to walk with it if you happen to get up in the night for a nature call. Works well when in place

It works well
It’s a great pillow, it has helped with my lower back pain and sciatica. The reason for the 4 stars is that the leg strap is a little too big on me and it moves around a lot and that’s after even removing the extension on it.
