I’m very happy with it! The seeds came in a sturdy, resealable bag which is super convenient. It’s also good to know I’m getting the nutritional benefits of fiber and omega-3s. Will definitely reorder when I run out!

These flax seeds taste fresh, crisp, and delicious on cereal, salads, sandwiches, and more. It is a very large bag and is great value for the money. To grind them, it is easy to pulse them in a coffee grinder for about 10 seconds which makes them more digestible. However, the crunch is great also.

This is my go-to product for flax seeds. Of course you have to grind them up before eating them. The product comes in a clear bag and you can see the quality of these seeds within. I researched this product to some degree and I'll be a repeat buyer.
