I have used iSmile whitening system twice now and I am very pleased with the results which is why I purchased the refill kit. Based on both rounds of whitening, I recommend experimenting with the exposure times. For the first round of whitening, I only allowed 10 minutes exposure time for 10 days, followed by the remineralizing gel as per the instructions and I was pleased with the results. The second round of whitening was only 5 days, but I increased exposure time to 15 minutes and there was a notable improvement over the 10 minute exposure time. Also, I found that applying the whitening gel to my teeth with a Q-tip resulted in better coverage of my teeth. I used the whitening system before bed and avoided any beverage, other than water, after whitening was complete. Of course, in the morning I went about my day business as usual. I am being cautious with the number of applications and the length of time between whitenings just to be on the safe side. Overall, this product is remarkable.

A must have! I noticed results after my first use, but consistency is key. I love that I don’t have sensitivity issues, something I’ve gotten after using great whitening strips. I will say, it helps to brush it on, that way you don’t get it on your gums but are still able to get in the crevices.

Convenient, easy to use and does a beautiful job whitening teeth

This stuff really works, however the mouthpiece is awkward and hard to snap back together after using and washing it - they most definitely need to redesign the mouthpiece.

iSmile is easy to use, just 10 minutes a day will help whiten your teeth. I had no sensitivity issues, which I was concerned about since I had burning with whitening strips in the past. Just wish the kit or refills came with more than three syringes of gel.

This product does what it claims. It's very easy to use, just follow the directions. My teeth were stained with coffee and tea stains. The iSmile Teeth Whitening Kit took those stains away, and now I can smile without being so embarrassed. I will continue using this product. I have tried so many products with so many promises, as usual, with absolutely no results. You will get results with iSmile. Try it, you'll love it!
