Good overall kit

All the basics you need for emergency first aid. It would be bulky to pack for travelling but great for your home or in a large glove compartment in a car.

There's not a lot in the box. The box itself is a good container for a first aid kit, but you might do just as well getting a variety pack of band-aids plus some of the contents in one-at-a-time larger quantities. The box is I'd say 50-70% empty space. Convenient coz it's all in the one container, but they could have packed in more stuff into it instead of having so much of that plastic "presentation" style shapes in the box. I cut my finger a few days ago, and was not impressed with the small quantity of band-aids in it.
