Unfortunately I had issues with reordering so I went with a different product. Will be going back to this once my other is all used up.

This product along with a vitamin works great for fatty liver

Not sure about this product. 160 mg and they suggest one a day probably is way to low dose.

The seal was open and you can’t ask for a replacement
When I opened the bottle for the first time the seal looked wrong, a white paste on it and slightly lifted with some brown spots on it when I took it off there were more brown spots on the interior of the seal and some of the capsules looked wet.

Not sure if this is for me
I took this product because I have been told I have mild NAFLD. It is gentler on the stomach than larger dose brands. However, I did see my FBSs rise when I took it.
