After wearing a super-short pixie cut for 20+ years, I'm growing my hair out and needed something to keep it out of my eyes when working outside or exercising. These are perfect - my hair is thick but very fine and they hold is securely. And they are absolutely beautiful...I'd like to see other color assortments - I'd definitely buy again.

I ordered the set with pinks and purples and like them very much. However, my Clips tended to break after some usage.

I have fine, thin hair that is at the base of my neck. Most clips just fall out of my hair, and I needed something to keep the hair out of my face. I use headbands, but sometimes a person just wants to change a style a bit. I thought I was doomed to using those ugly metal clips that the stylists use when you're at the salon, but then I found these and thought, "why not try them." I've been pleasantly surprised! They stay put in my hair, and the variety of colors lets a person be a bit stylish. The clips are made of plastic, so I'm not sure how sturdy they'll be over time, hence my 4 star rating. If they don't break, I'll come back and up my review to 5 stars.

These are just what I've been looking for! They are nice colors suitable for women with gray or white hair, they are sturdy and sleek looking. And they have plastic teeth instead of metal, MUCH less tangling & pulling when I remove them. Probably too large for those with thin hair, GREAT for thick or curly hair!Update: The color on these clips will scratch off. Not a defect, just a note you should keep them clipped to something or in a plastic bag and not throw them loose in a drawer like I did at first!

These are sturdy work really well. I was honestly surprised by how sturdy they were. I have straight heavy hair that typically falls out of normal clips, but they stayed perfectly in these clips while I was blow-drying my hair. I also began using them after I used a curling wand to keep the curl clipped after I was done and it helped keep the curl for much longer than normal! The color of the clips is actually a bit darker than the picture shows, but still very cute. Great price for the product!

Update: I really liked these clips. But after a while of much use, they all broke. I depend on clips like these and these clips did not withstand my constant use. Disappointed.***The pins are beautiful in color. Jewel tones. So lightweight. Best of all, no snagging of my hair!!!!! I am gonna say good bye to all of my metal clips, esp those that are jointed with tight spots that ALWAYS would pull my hair. Amazing to me was forgetting the clips were in my hair. I've never experienced that before. The clips stay put. My hair doesn't loosen up in these clips. The length is nice, but I hope to find short ones like this. I am so happy to have found these.

I use these for sectioning my hair for dying as well as sectioning before curling, I have a lot of thick hair so I usually end up having to use most of the clips to keep all sections of my hair up properly.They hold relatively well, and dye washes off of them quite well (I use Arctic Fox which is a gentle semi-permanent dye, which feels almost like conditioner so all dyes might not wash off as easily).These clips have come in super handy and surprisingly can hold all my hair.Would definitely buy them again in the future.EDIT ★ September 2022I don't remember when I bought these (I think it was some time in 2020) but the last one just broke the other day. My toddler likes playing with them - putting them in and out of the drawer and the cup I kept them in - and occasionally would leave them on the floor, so at least two broke from getting stepped on 😅 but the others eventually just got brittle couldn't handle the weight of my hair, I guess...?Still love these and would buy them again!

These hair clips are wonderfully lightweight, made of strong plastic, and such beautiful, rich, pearly colors with a lovely sheen to them. I purchased them to hold my hair up when I'm curling the layers underneath and for holding my bangs back when I wash my face. However, these are so pretty, I would definitely use them for messy buns and other possible hairstyles. They have little plastic teeth to hold your hair in place well, but they are gentle and don't give me a headache how some heavier, metal clips will. So comfortable and easy to use. Easy to use, gentle, and so pretty!
