This stuff is really good, I'm glad to see an affordable supplement that has both zinc and boron in it. If you didn't know, boron is essential for zinc absorption to even happen, and most supplements have none.My only complaint is that if I have a completely empty stomach one of these will provide acute nausea and probably vomiting until I get the pill up. Puppies Inc is pretty harsh on my stomach unless I have food in it also

The ingredients meet all the requirements that I was looking for in a supplemental trace mineral capsule. Easy to swallow.

Been using for months meant to review, only problem is mine has always smelled like disgusting cat food and has a bit of that taste on the capsule too and then i burp later and it's gross a bit lol but really has helped my health, this and other life extensions products have saved me from continuing to suffer from nerve pain/damage and oxidative stress. I ordered this product for two reasons -1- I had an HTMA done that showed I was very low in vanadium and copper, and2. My sugar cravings were out of control.After taking it for about 2 weeks, I still wanted a sweet treat after dinner but I was satisfied with a much smaller portion. Now after taking it for about 2 months, I enjoy sweets but I don't really crave them.Just ordered my second bottle and I plan to continue taking this.

You can have health, a body fed, a budget, all in balance. I notice if I forget to take one, as I keep these in the kitchen and not stored with my medications. I now have them next to my other nutrition supplements in the fridge door. You receive a large bottle so you can experience the change for yourself. The dark bottle is a further safe-guard to protect the product from light, sunshine, while the lid can be tightened down to protect from moisture. Side note: I noticed that my nails have improved because of the gelatin capsules. This was my third bottle purchased here on Amazon and I continue to feel the healthy effects daily.

I have used this trace mineral booster for almost a month now. It took a few days before I really begin to feel some real noticable changes in my body. Quite surprizing.

The minerals are not bad my only concern is that the pills I don’t know why they put maltodextrin in those pills, why add the greatest glycemic index substance to a trace mineral pill, I saw it also on the three sugar blocker from the same company
