Best pumps on the market
Best pumps on the market imo! Hayward is the way to go so dependable easy to use. The quality is perfect I highly recommend this pump to anyone who has had a pool for 10-15 years and need to do a overhaul definitely go with Hayward!

Pool time
I bought this pool pump to replace older pump that stopped working the end of last year. This is a true one and a half hp pump. My old one was one horsepower. Big difference in circulation in the pool and a lot quieter. I highly recommend this pump and brand.

Semi reliable
The unit I received only had a 3 ‘ cord. This is my 3rd Hayward… generally only get 2 years out of them. Note I store mine in a shed during winter.

Exactly match
Got this so we could have it for backup since our old one was acting up. Now it's working great. This new one is the exact match to our old one.

BEWARE! BUY FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER!
DO NOT BUY FROM UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS!! (That means no Amazon sales!) Item was exact replacement, (probably a knock off) and worked for 3 months. at the end of the season it was stored properly in my basement, and the following season it SCREAMED due to bad bearings. No one local to me works on these pumps anymore. Hayward will deny the warranty claim (2+ years if purchased through authorized seller/dealer). "In The Swim" is NOT authorized, and they will direct you to talk to Hayward, Hayward will deny warranty, and advise you to talk to Amazon, and Amazon will direct you to the seller!! Do yourself a favor, and go to Hayward's site, and click "where to buy" so you don't get screwed over like me.
