Nice quality. This is our second one we have purchased. We have one by each of our outdoor door sinks. Works great and no more looking for soap. UPDATE: This company stands behind its products! We had a problem with one of our soap dispensers and after contacting the seller I had a new one in the mail in a few days. I would definitely buy from them again.

Bought almost a year ago to date. This product would be nearly perfect if not for that viewing window for checking soap level. after a year I came in to find soap leaking all over. It was leaking from around the seal of the viewing window. The assembly is two threaded pieces with seals on both sides, one clear with round clear piece you see on outside and a white plastic piece inside. upon inspection, for no reason the clear piece cracked and fell off like it was hanging on by a thread.Basically garbage at this point because finding any threaded piece that will fit properly is going to be next to impossible.

I’m not sure goes to contact customer service.I ordered this in December and the product came and was dirty/had black inside. I opted to select to return it, but ended up not sending it back because I had family coming in town. I washed it and thought it was good enough, but it wasn’t. About a month ago (3 months of use between two people) the push dispenser was converted in a greenish color as it was rusting or building up. It completely doesn’t work, now, and after a month of no use black is coming out. I use the recommended soap type. Customer service, if you’re willing to exchange out I would greatly appreciate it. I should have done it initially.

We use this dispenser in the restrooms and laundry common area sink. It work perfect.

Product came with rusty spots all over it.Soap plunger doesn’t disperse enough soap so you need to push it several times to get enough soap.I wouldn’t recommend it.
