Cleans stains but.
It did what it said and got rid of stains, tough stains I am unsure as I am yet to have any. My major issue is it says gets rid of tough odours, it does but replaces them with the odour of the spray. It is very soapy again, maybe I used too much but another complaint I have is that there was no instructions and as far as I could make out on the bottle there were no English instructions as how much to use or how long to leave it.I give it 3 stars simply because, it does get rid of stains but again I have my issues with it but again this is only my personal experience of using it.
