I bought to use at my desk however it's to short. I recommend going with the larger one and wished I would have purchased that one. This is now just a toy for my 10 yr old and I'm still using chair

Don’t you waste your time on this one. The black band at the bottom that holds the ball there is an innertube. If you’re wanting to do exercises of which it says you can do 20 pounds you’re pulling on an innertube there’s no spot for the handles to attach, so your tying it around the inner tube and squeezing the inner tube. If you just want it for the ball, there’s cheaper options as an exercise piece is junk.

Considering the price I paid for it, I like the ring that holds it and the arm bands for the workout. But the balancing ball and the material isn’t great. It’s difficult getting it inflated enough to the appropriate size, the pump is flimsy but it serves its purpose down what. But the bowl definitely deflated over time. I’m going to keep everything else but but a better quality balancing ball
