I have used all three sizes of these wonderful bags for some time now, and I no longer buy any other type of bag at all. These are heavy-duty, hold the seal better than any other brand (I have used a vacuum sealer for well over a decade) The HOLD the seal better than any other. I pack my dehydrated, powdered food in them for a lightweight solution for our camper to save weight and space as well as frozen and fresh food at home and the caper. They have never failed me, and provide a no-drip, no mess solution in my refrigerator. I hate drippy, wet food in inferior bags, so GET THE BEST with Wevac. You will never be sorry! Food is too expensive to waste. Protect it and your fridge . Divide food according to your family’s needs and don’t thaw an entire package when you only need one or two items in it. You will be so glad you only thaw what you need. You can also cook food sou vide or in a pot of hot water on the stove, or in the microwave in these sturdy bags. Use them to pack liquid cosmetics in when you travel, too! Keep all items dry if you are a back-packer on campus or out camping. Pack these with ground beef, then roll it out with a rolling pin so the bags lie flat and stack perfectly. Fill with soup or other liquids, freeze, THEN vacuum seal for flat packs. These vacuum sealer bags are a great price and excellent quality. They feel heavy-duty and work exactly as they should. My steaks are sealed perfectly using these bags and my vacuum sealer, and they freeze really well. The best part is that they’re not loud when being sealed shut. Very happy with this purchase!

The perfect size

Great price for the amount of bags you get. They came in a smaller box that compacted them a tad more. It stores food great and seals well.

The gallon size bags will hold an 8 x8 foil pan which is the perfect size for our family for dinner. I like to make roasts, turkey and stews but it's hard to make a quantity for only one meal. I can easily divide leftovers into several meals, label, date, and freeze them for future use. These effectively keep out the freezer burn and can also be used to marinate and sous vide. I use them all the time.
