Elegant design and ability to charge via usbc/usb
Was looking for an esthetically appealing, compact, and able to additionally charge other devices via usb/usbc and found it. The price is a little steep but it's worth it based on the quality of the product.

Hard to align the phones in the right spot
I thought I was buying a unit that had the magnetic alignment, but I guess this was an old version without it.Without a target of where to lay the phone, or magnets to pull it into the right spot, it was a little tough to align the phone in the right spot.

Completely failed within 2 months.
I bought this charger because I liked the looks and the ability to charge a couple things at a time. It does look nice, but it extremely slow charging my phone straight from the box. A little under two months in, and it has completely stopped charging any devices at any speed. I would not recommend this charger to anyone.

Attractive but fussy
This charger is attractive and made of good-quality materials. It feels lightweight in the hand but keeps its place on my metal desk and doesn't shift around. It charges my iPhone XS and Apple Airpods simultaneously. When charging, charging is very fast. But placement for charging is MUCH more fiddly than I had expected, even after reading similar reviews with that problem. When placing my phone on one side of the charger (as opposed to lining it up along the full length of the charging platform) I have to move it around several times to get it to connect. It's easier and more reliable to place the phone long-ways across the whole charging platform. But then you lose the advantage of charging multiple things at once. Overall, it's fussier than it should be, but it's attractive and charges quickly.

Beautiful & Minimal Product
Overall love this wireless charger due to it's minimal design, however 2 charging coils can be a bit frustrating when trying to align mobile device to charge correctly - luckily Nomad have addressed this with their new pro model.
