I have family that are allergic to dairy. This allergy is to the milk protein, but it could be used with a lactose intolerance. I can bake using these chocolate morsels when someone with a dairy allergy visits. They taste just like any other morsel. No one notices the difference! I recommend that you try them.

You want good choc. chip cookies then you buy good chocolate. No complaints on my warm cookies when we partake them. Great quality and product.

I knew they weren’t Barry Callebut chocolate, but I wanted to try them just the same. Boy you sure get what you pay for! The chunks were MELTED TOGETHER, and as you can see everything was coated in cocoa powder. So for 14 ounces of chocolate I think I received about 3 ounces of cocoa powder! Do NOT waste your money on this garbage. Did not melt well AT all. Doesn’t even taste like dark chocolate. Going back to Valhrone where the chocolate is consistent, shipped in dry ice overnight, and why people say my chocolate chip cookies are the best!

The media could not be loaded. The chocolate is not too sweet, and makes for the perfect chocolate chip cookie, especially if you like them a little less sweet and darker.I've also paired this with butterscotch cookies which is very sweet, and it toned it down perfectly. I'd recommend these for sure
