Excellent product! Easy to install, even for a 60+ year old who never did this before. Just had to trim the screw part that flushes the toilet.

We have 5 of these toilets in the house, and we made the mistake of using bleach tablets in our tanks. Unfortunately, such buttons are mostly made of plastic, with a chrome coating. The problem here is that bleach tablets put off chlorine fumes, and that will erode/corrode the buttons, causing them to turn green, and the chrome coating to come flaking off. We didn't know this, so we ruined the ones that came installed in our home when construction was complete. We needed replacements, and the 5 of these that we ordered did the job PERFECTLY!These are still plastic, but now we know not to use those bleach tablets. For those who MUST use bleach tablets, you'll want flush knobs made of metal...like stainless steel. Those will cost more, but we know what not to do now, so these buttons work just fine, and we'll keep them in great shape going forward. They are priced great, and were a perfect fit. They can be adjusted on the under-side if they need to reach a bit further down into the tank, or if they need to shorten the reach a bit. Simple 2-minute install for each toilet made this easily a 20 minute job for me, across 5 toilets, when counting the time it took me to get from toilet to toilet as well.Highly recommended item!

I have 4 Sterling brand toilets in a home 8 years old, now used as a rental. The original flush buttons have these flimsy hollow green/black "straws" that eventually break. This replacement is sturdier. It is adjustable by cutting the solid threaded rod to length, then fine adjustments with the threaded plastic rod and locking ring. I used a utility blade to cut it, and a dime works well as the screwdriver. Note that these have a bonus feature of interior spring that keeps the buttons flush. My original buttons rested on the actual toilet mechanism, so were not flush with each other. Also, as pictured, no logo on mine (which I prefer). Did I mention solid rods vs. hollow? I think this is a good design. Also, best part, these are 1/3 the cost of replacement OEM parts. Definitely get these if your original broke, I'm going to preemptively replace the buttons on my other 3 toilets, it's a great upgrade.

Easy to install and looks great but, the smaller button must be held down while it flushes or the bowl doesn’t fill .

Replaced my old unknown unit on a generic toilet. I screwed the rods all the way in, cut off maybe 1/4"and then adjusted them down to just touch the top of the valve. Works perfectly.

didn’t like much about the unit because it will corrode like the original.

I called the company that made my toilet and was told this dual push button was old of stock. I didn't want to wait so I thought why not see if it is available on Amazon. YES it was and the price was 40% cheaper. What a great find and value.

Nice looking buttons, but extremely fragile; made of cheap plastic, looks like a toy. It seems I will have to paint my old one, that is much better quality. No more buying from this vendor.
