i used this product and after a few days i started getting terrible internal itching on my entire body, all day and couldn't fall asleep and when i woke up i was is much itching pain, i wouldn't recommend this to anyone so they don't fall in pain

These work great if you take them first thing in the morning! It will curb your appetite all day but during the day not so much if you’ve already eaten. I would definitely buy again!

The product did control my appetite. You have to take the pills just as they suggest. There is no caffeine which means no caffeine side effects. This product curbs your desire to binge snack.
