Step into Comfort! 🦵
The Futuro Open Toe/Open Heel Knee Length Stocking offers firm compression (20-30 mm/Hg) designed for those who stand or sit for extended periods. With a soft cotton blend and knee-length coverage, these stockings provide essential support for circulation and comfort, making them ideal for both active office work and post-surgery recovery.

I won’t buy any other socks for compression. These are the best!
I’ve been wearing compression socks for 20 years, and these are by far the best ones. Others cut into the back of your knee or don’t “breathe” so you end up with stinky feet. The open toe and heel make them more adjustable and comfortable to wear. I won’t wear anything else.

Work good for me.
I like these open toe and heal support socks because they offer support without squishing my toes (especially my baby toe) as much as the support socks with closed toes. They are also easier for me to put on and take off. My baby toe was constantly hurting and I thought it was the shoes I was wearing but found out it was really the closed-toe support socks which were squishing it. The only slight drawbacks that I can see are the fact that they only come in one color (that I am aware of) and that they are not quite as firm in their support as the same brand and size of support socks with the closed toe and heel. I'm using the medium size (which should be plenty tight enough for me since I normally use medium or large socks) and they are almost not tight enough for me. I didn't see any small size of these with open toes/heels and don't even know if they make them but they would probably be too small for someone like me who normally uses medium to large. I'm also a little disappointed that each package only comes with a single sock. Still, overall I think they are barely firm enough to do the job and my baby toe feels much better with these open-toe socks. For me this is the best option I have found for my swollen leg and foot without hurting my baby toe. Needless to say when wearing these open toe and heel socks with shoes it seems prudent to wear some regular (non-compressing) soft socks under them to protect your toes from rubbing against the shoes.

no itchness, very sensitive skin and contact dermatitis, but no problems with this product.

Less effective than their other socks
These are very heavy weight fabric but considerably larger than their normal open toe closed heel socks. Because they are so big, they were not tight enough. My calves are 14 inches. I think they might work on 16-18 inch calves.

Definite Must-Have
I have a damaged calf muscle from a fall a number of years ago. I wear a support stocking to bed every night to help prevent muscle cramps as they are not only excruciating but debilitating for a couple of days afterward. After trying different support stockings, I came across this one in a local store a couple of years ago. I absolutely love it! It works wonderfully and is really easy to put on. It doesn't bunch at the back or the knee or at the ankle and doesn't slide or roll. It's also very comfortable. It offers warmth in the winter but isn't too hot to wear in the summer. When my leg is acting up, I'm able to wear it 24 hours a day without discomfort. I often forget I even have it on because of the comfort, but at the same time, I'm able to function normally and not fear the muscle cramps from doing so. I own three of them now and wouldn't use anything else.

Very Good Male Compression Stocking
I’m now 81 years old and in the last year, I’ve started to develop swelling in my lower limbs. It goes away at night when my feet are up, but during the day as I’m upright, fluid gets retained in my ankles. These stockings are like “ankle-girdles”. They compress the area so the fluid can’t collect down there. These particular stockings give just the right amount of compression and they’re easy to get on and remove because the heels and toes are open. I’ve had stockings previously without open toes and heels and they’re so tight that they’re next to impossible to get on and take off, so these are perfect.
