Went high!
Bought these for a Trail Life outing and the kids had a blast, blasting these off! This rocked even launched better then the more expensive rockets.

NOT a Level one kit
Well, just received the rocket and started building with my son. Upon unpacking the body tube was dented badly on one side. Easy fix as I used the plastic fin assembly to straighten out. Once the motor tube was assembled it had to be inserted into the body tube with a tubed motor mount adapter. Well, that's when it all went south quickly. Followed instructions to the T. Motor mount adapter did NOT fit smoothly into the body tube and got stuck, total waste of money and time due to lack of any type of quality control by Estes. This by no means is a reflection of the vendor. Model is now junk.

Is it the Fourth of July?
The media could not be loaded. This little thing looks more like a firework than a rocket. I’m sure it will be fine to shoot off, but I am a little disappointed for the price. Was a one time shooting type thing, but I’m getting real life as cheap as it is. I would not order again.

It’s advertised as being “easy”. Directions say “intermediate”. My kiddos teacher messed up her rocket so we were going to do one at home. No lies, this was not the one for a 10 year old to try. We got frustrated and sent it back.
