Purchased a new home that had been smoked in for 20 years and had pine wood paneling for walls in the main living area, so couldn't really be repainted without ruining it. Ran two different ozone machines for a few hours for 3 days which got rid of the majority of the smell, but needed something appropriate to wash the wood and all the years of nicotine build up. This worked great, the wood smells of a nice almost cinnamon scent, and clean and no more cigarette smoke smell or nicotine. I do feel it would have struggled without the two step process of the ozone machines first but hard to say for sure without doing it without that first. Overall though I'd say this works as intended.

Like most people who wear sneakers frequently, sneakers stink up the room after use.I tried every commercial product (20-plus of them) that claimed to be good from getting rid of sneaker odor, and could find nothing that worked effectively. BOOM - no odor. I asked him how safe it was and if I could use it on sneaker odor.He gave me a small spray bottle of concentrate and mixed it with water andI tried it on my sneakers and NO ODOR. Safe for fabric, contact with skin, pets, and leaves no mark or residue.One spray after use and odor is GONE. Best stuff ever. Used on a reeking garbage can and after a dead groundhog carcass was removed from my property. NO ODOR.I walk 8 miles a day and rotate ten pairs of sneakers. After 18 months of daily use I swear by this stuff.

You should first buy a urine enzyme solution. I recommend Urine Digest! One part digest to two parts water. Saturate area with shampooed no suction or use pump spray. Use UV flashlight urine will appear green in the dark.Leave wet to allow to work.Shampoo after and use this odor chemical!Best results

Listen I hardly write reviews but after reading what everybody else said about this cleaner, I had to try it! I'm soooo happy I did!!! I followed instructions and used my carpet cleaner. When first applied, its a heavy clean/chemical smell. But after my carpet dried, I have no more old cat pee smell. My cat is older and has accidents, I love him to death but the pee stench was unbearable. Ive tried every product on the market, but this is the winner. Order it!

Seems to be doing the trick. I got the pet odor version but don't love the scent....it's kind of like baby powder. Will try a different scent next time.

I had an area on the carpet the size of a dinner plate that stunk to high Heaven! I doused it with the product. The next day most of the smell was gone. By the 3rd day the smell was completely gone. I've been telling fellow cat lovers to buy it.

I love the valueThe plus is: this product really works and it goes a long way if used by the instructions, of course you may need to use a Very small amount more for Really Super strong odors but I've never had to use more.

I guess I wasn't expecting an ODOR remover to have an scent to it, if I'm trying to remove an ODOR!!! DUH!!!!I will not be buying this again. It's not horribly bad, just wasn't expecting it..... I'll have it for a long time.
