Palram Canopia Milano Hardtop Gazebo, Grey, 4300

This has been ideal for our sunny patio. It provides shelter during the day and, even without curtains but with solar lights strung from the curtain hooks, it has enabled us to stay out in the garden much later than we would otherwise have done. It was quite easy to construct, given a careful study of the illustrations and written instructions first. In one or two areas you have to be sure about the order of doing things and a "dry" run was a useful precaution. The anchorage instructions were a bit confusing as there are different instructions depending on what you read first. We have had a couple of months' use out of it now, and we would not be without it. Shame (for obvious Covid reasons) we haven't been able share it this year with family, neighbours and friends as much as we would have liked to.

Arrived much earlier than quoted which wasn’t an issue but heard nothing from carrier prior to delivery so good job we were in as it arrived in one box and needed at least two men to handle it into the garage. That was the only issue, from unpacking to checking items off it was well presented, the instructions very clear to follow and went together perfectly, every nut bolt and screw did what it was designed to do. Really over the moon with the finished product and my son after seeing photos of it in situ is now looking at Palram to source a similar gazebo.

when the gazebo arrived the box was damagedI contacted the company, just to let them know, and they were very helpful and told me there would be no problem in replacing any item damaged. They also contacted me later on to see if i was happy and were there any problems it was straight forward to assemble ,each item was clearly labelled. its very sturdy a lovely gazebo. I would recommend 3 people when installing it just to be sure. Now if summer would just arrive we would be happier.
