Vibrant colors every time
Americolor is my go to for strong vibrant colors, I use this for Swiss merengue buttercream and using an immersion blender it comes out a perfect red without using the whole bottle and without a noticeable taste, it’s also great in red velvet cakes, the package comes in a durable plastic bottle and cap and the product is a gel like consistency, not runny

Easy to use and good color
I love americolor gel food coloring. It doesn’t change the taste of my frosting and it gives lovely color. Red takes quite a bit of color to get what you want, but it’s still worth the price and good quality. Bottles don’t leak and are easy to use. Great price for great quality

Deep, Dark, Rich Red gel color
I ordered this red gel for a red velvet cake for 40 people. It was perfect. The color was intense and beautiful. The consistency is good and didn't introduce too much moisture to my batter. Be careful not to use too much and you might want to wear gloves. It goes further than you might expect. I will definately order again especially with Christmas right around the corner.

Great Results!
This is ehat you need for snything you bake that needs a red color!Deep and bright color with using a small amount. I made some Christmas baked items that needed to be red and bought this and I was do glad i did. My cookies came out red not pink but a bright red color. I had an order for a red velvet cake and used 2 teaspoons of this food coloring and the results were perfect. Dont waste your money on liquid food coloring, buy this gel.

So vibrant!
I have never had good luck getting a nice vibrant red without having to use an entire bottle of food coloring... and then you get that terrible aftertaste. It took just a small amount and I had the perfect shade of red (and green) and I can't tell that it added any kind of taste - just the taste of vanilla buttercream. This is the only food coloring I will buy from now on!
